Terms and Conditions – Noble Hajj Umrah
Welcome to Noble Hajj Umrah. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review these carefully before finalizing your reservation.
1. General Information
Noble Hajj Umrah is a registered travel and tour operator based in Belgium, specializing in Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic tours across Europe and worldwide. All our services are subject to availability and governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, Belgium, and other relevant authorities.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Full payment must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of travel require full payment immediately.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
Noble Hajj Umrah reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment deadlines are not met.
3. Passport & Visa Requirements
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
Visa processing is subject to approval by Saudi authorities.
Noble Hajj Umrah is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or additional charges due to incorrect documentation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds (if any) depend on the airline, hotel, and visa provider policies, and will be subject to administrative deductions.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
5. Changes & Amendments
Any requested changes (name, date, accommodation, etc.) must be made in writing and may incur extra charges.
Noble Hajj Umrah is not responsible for additional costs due to changes by service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
6. Health & Travel Requirements
All travelers must be in good health and able to complete the pilgrimage without assistance.
Mandatory vaccinations (e.g., meningitis, COVID-19) must be up to date.
You are responsible for carrying your vaccination record and any medical documents as required by the authorities.
7. Behavior & Compliance
All travelers must adhere to Islamic conduct and respect the laws of Saudi Arabia and any transit countries.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group and forfeiture of all payments.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended, covering health emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost luggage.
Noble Hajj Umrah is not liable for any cost incurred due to lack of insurance.
9. Our Responsibility
We act only as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport).
While we strive to provide a smooth experience, we are not liable for delays, disruptions, or force majeure events.
In matters of Hajj and Umrah, the final authority rests with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj.
10. Limitation of Liability
Noble Hajj Umrah is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or cancellation resulting from natural disasters, political unrest, flight delays, government decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All personal information collected is confidential and used only for processing your travel arrangements and legal requirements.
12. Group Bookings
Group bookings (families, mosques, or travel groups) must designate a group leader responsible for all communication with Noble Hajj Umrah.
Group discounts may apply for 10 or more passengers traveling together.
Any changes within a group booking (e.g., cancellation or substitution) must be managed through the group leader.
13. Children and Elderly Policy
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Elderly pilgrims or those with medical conditions must travel with a companion and provide a valid medical clearance certificate.
Noble Hajj Umrah reserves the right to deny service to those who may pose a risk to themselves or the group due to serious health concerns.
14. Package Disclaimer
All packages are based on standard inclusions (flights, hotels, visas, transport, meals where mentioned).
Package contents and prices are subject to change due to airline policy changes, visa delays, hotel availability, or government regulations.
Final travel documents will reflect the accurate itinerary and inclusions.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Noble Hajj Umrah, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals listed on your booking and are binding upon confirmation.
